fewi11 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fewi11, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on any part of the platform — including sports betting, casino, live casino, fish games or any other section — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all fewi11 users regardless of how you access the platform — via browser on a desktop or mobile device, through the fewi11 app, or any other method. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms are written in plain English to make them as clear and readable as possible. If any provision is found to be unclear, please contact fewi11 support before proceeding. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must meet the following requirements to register and maintain an account on fewi11:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fewi11 does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. This includes your name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already have an existing active account on fewi11. One account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a prohibited user as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. fewi11 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where your credentials have been shared or compromised due to your own actions.

fewi11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending verification completion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on fewi11 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit card. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your account status or current payment provider conditions.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. These limits may be updated periodically.
• Deposits are generally credited to your fewi11 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside fewi11's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by fewi11 within the timeframes stated in the Deposit section. VIP members at higher tiers may receive prioritised withdrawal processing.
• fewi11 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money-laundering verification procedures before processing withdrawals. This may include requesting identity documents or proof of deposit payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used by the account holder on fewi11, or to verified accounts in the account holder's own name.
• fewi11 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly, though payment providers may apply their own charges. These are outside fewi11's control and are the account holder's responsibility.

Any balance in a fewi11 account belongs to the account holder and is not a deposit in a regulated financial institution. fewi11 account balances are not interest-bearing.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on fewi11 — sports betting, casino, live casino, fish games, slots and all other sections:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fewi11 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation except where specifically permitted (for example, cash-out features where available).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by game, market and account tier. These are displayed within each game or betting market before the bet is placed.
• fewi11 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error, technical fault or data error has occurred. Players will be notified of voids and their stake returned.
• Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules for each sport. Results are settled in accordance with official match results from recognised governing bodies. fewi11's settlement decisions in disputed cases are final.
• Live in-play bets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions or at fewi11's discretion. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid.
• Casino and fish game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software games, and by real game play for live dealer titles. fewi11 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Winnings from all game types are credited to your fewi11 PKR balance and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fewi11 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated when the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and must meet any stated wagering requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. These requirements and the eligible games are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for individual use by the registered account holder only. Coordinated or group wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus offers are considered abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• fewi11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it believes the offer has been claimed in bad faith, using inaccurate registration information, or in violation of these Terms.
• No bonus can be transferred between accounts. Unused bonuses that expire are removed from the account at the stated expiry time without compensation.
• VIP programme benefits — including cashback, reload bonuses and tier rewards — are subject to the VIP programme terms available in the VIP section of the platform.

fewi11 may modify, withdraw or extend any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated before they take effect where practically possible.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fewi11. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not available to a standard human user.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system faults to place bets with an unfair advantage. Such bets will be voided when identified.
• Colluding with other players to guarantee outcomes in table games or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the platform to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity (including structured deposits and withdrawals with minimal gaming in between).
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or tamper with any part of the fewi11 platform, software or data systems.
• Any conduct that fewi11 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its users or its operational integrity.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

fewi11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Circumstances where this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicious activity patterns suggesting fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• A request from the account holder to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be marked inactive. Notification will be sent before any balance adjustment is made on an inactive account.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Real-money balances will generally be returned to the account holder via the original payment method after any outstanding review is completed, unless the balance is subject to investigation.

Account holders may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting fewi11 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned after standard verification.

8. Privacy and Data

fewi11 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, verification and ongoing platform operation. The types of data collected and how they are used are detailed in the fewi11 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the user agreement alongside these Terms.

By registering on fewi11, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes use of data for account management, fraud detection, customer support and — where you have not opted out — communication about offers and updates.

fewi11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment providers, verification partners and fraud detection services only to the extent necessary for platform operation. All such third parties are required to handle data in a manner consistent with fewi11's data protection obligations.

9. Responsible Gaming

fewi11 is an entertainment platform. All gaming activity on the platform — sports betting, casino, fish games and all other sections — involves financial risk. There is no guaranteed return from any bet or wager and losing is always a possible and expected outcome of gaming.

fewi11 is available to adults aged 18 and above only. The platform supports responsible gaming and encourages all users to:

• Set a personal PKR budget for gaming activity before starting any session, and stick to it regardless of how the session is going.
• Treat gaming strictly as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses.
• Take regular breaks and monitor the time spent gaming across sessions.
• Reach out to fewi11 support if gaming begins to feel compulsive, stressful or out of control.

fewi11 does not hold or claim any Pakistan government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement. The Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance on managing gaming activity.

Users who wish to take a break or self-exclude from the platform should contact fewi11 support directly. Requests are handled promptly and without judgement.

10. Limitation of Liability

fewi11 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain platform availability, fewi11 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods or technical outages outside fewi11's reasonable control.
• Data feed or results provider errors affecting bet settlement, where bets will be voided where errors are confirmed.
• Internet connectivity issues on the user's side, including mobile data interruptions during live games or in-play betting.
• Unauthorised access to user accounts resulting from the user sharing credentials or failing to secure their login details.
• Losses resulting from the user's own decisions — including the results of bets placed, game outcomes or bonus terms not being met.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fewi11's liability to any user in connection with the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's fewi11 account at the time of the relevant claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

fewi11 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via in-app notification or email where contact details are available.

The updated Terms will display a revised "last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor corrections — such as formatting fixes, clarification of existing provisions or removal of outdated references — may be made without separate notification.
